Top Drawer Collection is a Resort and Ready-to-Wear brand with a heritage in personalised sleepwear. Comfort, Ease, Versatility, and Responsibility are at the core of all that we do.

Our sleepwear sizing is standard, however if you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend going up a size for comfort. 

We have compiled accurate sizing guides for each product on our sizing guide page. Please be sure to check your size before hand as we do not do any exchanges or returns based on incorrect sizing.

All of our sleepwear is manufactured and sold in corresponding sized sets. Unfortunately we cannot mix and match top and bottom sizes. We recommend going for the larger size for comfort.

If the set you’d like to order is out of stock, please add yourself to the waitlist whereby you will receive exclusive launch dates, promo codes and access to our priority access passwords that will allow you to shop 30 minutes before our product launches and restocks go live on our website.

Please select carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised sleepwear sets.  If you have purchased sleepwear without any custom embroidery you are welcome to an exchange.

Top Drawer Collection will offer clients an exchange or refund if we deem items to be faulty but not if the damage is caused by the client.

Please email info@topdrawercollection.com with photos of the fault. This must be made within 48 hours of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by our team the client must return the product/s within 7 days of delivery.

In the event of an item that has not been personalized and an exchange needs to be done, customer is liable for the arrangement of courier to return item to us for exchange.

Once your order is paid for you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. The next time you will hear from us will be with your tracking details, within our lead time of 5-10 working days. Please note that no further communication is made between these two emails. If you have any questions in that period, please feel free to email us at info@topdrawercollection.com.

1) South African orders have a 7-10 working day turn-around time, with a current additional 3-5 working day delay due to covid delays and restrictions
 
2) International orders have a 15-21 working day turn-around time, with a current additional 3-5 working day delay due to covid delays and restrictions

Packages may incur delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to countries outside of SA.

Top Drawer Collection takes every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import taxes and duties and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We have spent quality time learning how our garments like to be loved and have created a very specific care guide.  Please follow the care guide when washing your garment, unfortunately we will not be liable to any damages occurring to your garment from negligent washing.

  • Cold hand wash/gentle cold machine wash
  • Wash dark colors seperately
  • Use as little detergent as possible
  • Lie flat to dry
  • Cool iron inside out
  • Do not bleach or use detergents with a bleaching agent
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • A little love
